The high pressure wash didnt seem to be very high pressure. The card slot was convenient. Didnt have to get change.
I paid for the $12 car wash. My truck was still dirty after going thru the wash. My truck wasn't even that dirty in the first place. While I was filling out the 'complaint' form, a lady walked over and asked if I knew how to use cash for the automatic wash. She looked at my truck and noticed it was still dirty, so she skipped getting her van washed. I have pics I took after the car wash.
This is the third time I have had issues. First time, there was not soap dispensed on the right side of my vehicle, second time there was still soap on my vehicle and yesterday it would not take my credit card and when i paid cash it did not give me change. Nothing letting me know it had no change to give or that the credit card was not being accepted....feeling taken advantage of.
Horrible. That's all i can say. Went to get my car washed since is close to where I work. The car came out of the automatic wash worse than it was. Unfortunately there are no minus star rating but I wouldn't recommend this place. Waste of money. I call and left a voice mail at the number that appeared on RECEIPT since I was not able to get anyone to answer my call and no one was at office located on site. I took pictures of the after "wash"
UPDATE 11/1/2017: Haven't heard anything from this business on getting a refund. The bay I used was also closed for several days after I was there, so there was an issue with that wash bay.
Its your typical multi bay self serve car wash. They do have two drive thru automatic wash and dry bays that do an alright job. I like to hand wash. Use high pressure soap to wet car down, foam brush to scrub, rinse, Rain X clear coat(does really great job when it rains)and last but not least spot free rinse. Typically $12 for all that plus vacuum.
