I thought Flanner and Buchanan funeral home was outstanding. Krista went out of her way to make a very sad time as comfortable as possible. In fact, everyone at the funeral home went out of their way to grant any wish we had. I would recommend them highly.
I think they need to be more caring to make families feel they are number 1 priority.
