My experience and my order with this company was wrong in every way. I ordered a beach umbrella. I did not receive the right color. It was an ugly green rather than the striped one I chose. It was also only HALF of an umbrella. It was missing the lower bar, making it completely unusable.

Becca was lovely! It was wonderful to be treated as a citizen with value, versus a dollar being gained or lost! She told me the steps I needed to take and what she was going to do, in order to remove the challenge and turn this into a hugely positive memory! May God truly bless Becca for her skill and compassion- and Ron's for hiring right!

Ron's Customer Service department was VERY helpful in straightening out the matter. Not only do I commend them for World Class customer service, I would not hesitate to make future purchases from them. Based on the way they treated my situation I highly recommend them to the on-line community.

When I visited their website to check on return policies, it makes a big deal of having all packaging intact and returning it in exactly the condition in which you receive it. Well, I received it in half of a plastic bag, and wrapped several times in packing tape. It was a joke. There is NO WAY to send it back in the same condition I received it.

with Becca what happened to the lovely glasses during shipment. The unknown person responsible for packing and labeling the glassware - did not take any action to protect the contents - also did not include outer 'fragility handling' labels for the delivery driver.

I have to write this review on the strength of their business integrity. I recently ordered a garden product from Ron's Home & Hardware and when it arrived I noticed that it looked different from what I expected. Upon review it turns out that the Product Description listed all of the details, especially the information about it being "ready to use" instead of the concentrate that I thought that I was ordering. Hasty oversight on my part.

Great customer service. I mistakenly purchased the wrong evaporative cooler cover and didn't realize it until opening the package (ordered online). Dana was extremely helpful in helping me find the correct cover size and type and organized the return very painlessly. Great website/store I plan on coming back in the future!

I ordered a (Set of 12) Dramm's Rain Wand, Received only 1. Still after many calls, I never received the rest.

I realized it would have taken more time and effort to pay for packaging to return it, pay for shipping and possibly be charged a restocking fee for an item I never ordered in the first place.

The box was delivered to the office, as the package for the tea glasses was larger than the dimensions of our postal boxes. The manager went to the room where deliveries are held for tenants, upon retrieving the box, asked did I order popcorn? This was due to the noise inside the box. I signed for my item and took pictures of the box and each movement needed to open & view the contents.
