Absolutely mental, the fact I live less than a mile and a half away and they don't deliver to my house! How about expand how far you deliver, and I'll eat at Jimmy John's more.

Good quality ingredients paired with reasonable prices makes this sandwich shop a favorite among many, not mine though, not mine.
The sandwiches are great.. I get delivery majority of the time! They seem to forget ice in my drink or the delivery man isn't to much satisfied with my tip! Like they want to feel appreciated so would i! Um literally across the street from them
They used to have great menu options such as wraps. Now all sandwiches with thick hard bread. No "nutritionally" friendly options. SUCKS. Does not deserve 1star but this rating system requires at least one. I give 0 stars. JJ had a good thing going. I will NEVER go back. Change is not always good.
