I have been living here since September 2016 and this is the worst apartments i have come across. they have mice and bug problem and do not give a damn. the office ppl are nonchalant and rent is definitely overpriced. more than ready for my lease to be up. if i could give them zero stars, i would!

These apartments and townhomes are awful! The maintenance does nothing and when they do come to "fix" something they track dirt and everything all through your home, leave tools laying around, and if you need a drain unclogged they leave the dirt all in your sink or bath. The office staff sucks, no one care about anything except getting the rent from you. They raised rent and they do NOT cut the grass on the patios on the townhomes. Mice, spiders, other kinds of bugs are all over. I cannot wait to move! I am sick of this place and wish I could give no stars. They were so nice before signing the lease.
Its trashy and ran by people who clearly dont care whether their tenants are in a livable situation.
The only problems I have here is neighbors blasting their music all thru the evening thru the night with songs on repeat at times. I've learned a few songs by hard. Smh The apts are not worth the price you pay. I moved in due to living problems but the apt she showed me was better then the one I got. They did not clean my apt just painted over the filtiness. Roaches and mice are coming from out of nowhere. Spiders take over as well as those stink bugs. And the lady that cleans the hallways half cleans. Half the time she just chilling in the halls on her phone. Doors be slamming all thru the day and night and it is not insulated inside. They don't answer their phones in the office all they worry about is rent being paid. I would not recommend these apts to anyone. They are not worth it.
