horrible service, rude & ghetto staff they passed around a big bag of Cheeto puffs laughing and talking very Loudly, play fighting, flies and nets was everywhere, dirty bathroom had roaches in there, horrible food even the fries waa natsy. Wish I could rate them - 10 stars cause they dont even deserve the 1 i gave
My fiancé and I went here for dinner and really enjoyed our meals. Our server, Jonathan was very wonderful and we'll both speak highly of him. He was quick, attentive, and professional. He took our orders, made sure our appetizer and meal came in a reasonable time, and to top it off, while my fiancé and I were watching football, we didn't notice he refilled our drinks. We enjoyed ourselves despite the table across from us giving all the employees a hard time, but I'll give the management and employees their props for working like a team! Thank you for your outstanding service! If anyone goes there, request Jonathan for your server, he's awesome!
horrible experience, bug found in drink, food was cold, waitress was not doing her job, talking to others, manager doesnt seem to care about much, employees dont wash their hands, watched a cook just run his hands under water for 3 seconds then dry. when we returned the drink the employees laughed about it and it took 5 minutes to have it returned. we did not receive half our food we ordered, truthfully i could get 3 sandwiches from mc donalds and get better service than tonight.

Worst service ever from Summer and Sheila. Drinks took forever and they came in plastic cups because they were "BUSY"!! Got the wrong drink twice because Summer wasn't very attentive at all. The entire section we were seated in complained about the service we received. That clearly says something about the staff. We will NOT be returning to any Applebee's as long as I'm on this earth!!!
